choices in menu, or create your own. Please feel free to suggest
something you have been dreaming of, or let our competent banquet

About our Philosophy:
Dish Home
Cooking evolved from the concept of creating a comfortable gourmet
experience, like the best meal your mom ever made. Home cooking is
the basis, but inventive, creative food is our benchmark.
Gary and Laura
Peitz first had success in Sandpoint with the Coit House B&B, then
the K-2 Inn. San Francisco has been the #1 food city in the US for
many years, and with a combined experience in the Bay Area of over
forty years, the Peitz family is one of Sandpoint’s true
restaurateurs. If San Francisco is one of America’s premier food
cities, their experience was in the upscale Palo Alto area, and they
hoped to bring that kind of cool, laid back, delicious dining
experience to Sandpoint. According to Country Living and Idaho
Cuisine magazines, as well as the Spokesman Review, that is what
they have brought to North Idaho.

Commander’s Palace in New Orleans and is author of
Passion for Wine

As with all menus,
these are just suggestions. For every event, party, or get together,
Chef Luke and a banquet coordinator will meet with you to help
choose the presentation that works best.
For the truly
special happening, we can create a custom menu either by your
design, from our menu, or created from scratch specifically for your
catered event.
